Partner Kris Steen and Principal Julie McDonald recently spoke at the Breaking 7% (B7%) national summit in San Diego on the topics of building an early stage company and diversity in biotech boardrooms.
B7% aims to build impactful connections and relationships among women in business decision-making roles to grow deal flow, partnerships, and information access within the network. The summit does this by providing intimate dinner settings for women in venture and business development roles to connect through several initiatives.
