Larry Dolinko

Larry is a seasoned recruitment executive with a proven track record of building and scaling successful businesses within the talent solutions industry.  With over two decades of experience, Larry brings a deep understanding of hiring, developing and retaining talent to help organizations meet and exceed their goals. Larry is a transparent and communicative leader who prides himself on empowering leaders and working in a team environment.

Prior to joining Stevenson, Larry served as CEO of The Execu|Search Group's (now Tandym Group) where his leadership skills, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial spirit were instrumental in leading their expansion while driving significant growth.   During his tenure, Larry rebranded the company, implemented a new unified database/ATS for the company, established new offices in Parsippany and Bridgewater NJ, Boston MA, Boca Raton FL, and Culver City CA, which expanded the company's footprint and enhanced the ability to serve a wider client base.  Larry also launched a successful Life Sciences vertical that generated over $20mm in revenue in less than 4 years and successfully guided the company through the COVID-19 pandemic, where the firm saw a threefold increase in revenue.  Additionally, Larry successfully completed and integrated two acquisitions, including a self-sourced proprietary deal, which doubled the size of the Technology vertical to $150mm in top-line revenue.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Larry enjoys spending quality time with his family - his wife Nicole, his 2 daughters, Avery and Logan, and his son Brody -and pursuing his hobbies of tennis, traveling, and is a sucker for sunrises and sunsets and long walks on the beach.
