Samantha Walsh

Sam brings over 10 years of experience in life sciences retained executive search, partnering with clients ranging from global biopharma to pre-Series A biotech to attract best-in-class executives in research & development and business functions. She specializes in identifying leaders who are learning agile and transformative in their ability to innovate, respond to change, and align technical and scientific expertise with business strategy.

Prior to joining Stevenson in 2016, Sam served as a Senior Associate within the life sciences practice at Korn Ferry. She began her career at a boutique search firm in research and operations.

When she isn’t behind her desk, you can find Sam on horseback living a double life as an equestrian or adventuring outdoors with her family and rescue dog, Nigel.
