Cullinan Oncology, a biopharmaceutical focused on developing a diversified pipeline of targeted oncology and immune-oncology therapies for cancer patients, has relied on Stevenson’s expertise as they have grown from a pre-series A company with one discovery program to a clinical-stage organization with 3 clinical programs and another 2 at IND enabling studies. Cullinan was seeking a long-term search partner that could identify top-tier talent able to work successfully across a portfolio of differing targets and modalities.
When Cullinan was formed in 2017 with a $150M Series a from MPM Capital the immediate need was to hire a Chief Development Officer to drive the pipeline. Since then Stevenson has partnered with Cullinan to make 13 critical hires across the business including: Chief Medical Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Technical Operations Officer, Vice President Clinical Operations, Vice President Regulatory, Vice President Business Development, as well as key hires across a variety of functions.
Stevenson’s deep relationship with Cullinan allowed us to serve as a seamless extension to the organization. Stevenson’s executive appointments have supported Cullinan through several rounds of financing including an IPO, the filing of multiple IND’s, pharma collaborations, and now as they prepare for commercialization.
